What If Your Age Didn't Determine Our Value?
I know what you’re thinking, age doesn’t determine my value. To that I would say, of course it doesn’t, and yet in many ways we treat the fear of getting older as if aging says something about our value. We gawk at people’s ages whether the number is larger or smaller than we expect. We consciously and unconsciously use age as a marker for many things including value. Let’s talk about what things may look like if that were not the case.
