IBCT Research and Presentation

IBCT is an emotion-focused behavioral therapy. It helps clients dealing with relational distress to expand beyond making behavioral changes for the sake of appeasing one another and to instead gain an understanding of the origin story behind the conflict-inciting behaviors. This helps to gain more emotional acceptance and empathy.
